In 2011, a manual and a short guide to the 3Ts was published. This briefing Note updates the existing paper on the 3Ts and provides a snapshot of the way the 3Ts were implemented among EurEau members in 2017.

This briefing summarises different EurEau position papers on cost recovery for water services, water charges, investment capacity and affordability mechanisms. Furthermore the current relevance of the tariff setting is described. The original EurEau papers are referenced in Annex I.
