The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) has published its declaration for a Blue Deal.

We support much of what is outlined in the declaration, from alignment with other policies, biodiversity, pollution, innovation, and efficiency, but particularly their call for control at source measures and the full implementation of the Polluter Pays Principle.
