EurEau and a wide group of its experts attended the conference on sensitive areas, eutrophication and micropollutants hosted jointly by the German Presidency and the European Commission on 26-27 November. The European Commission presented the policy options they want to evaluate and exchange with Member States and stakeholders on their views. Some Member States presented how they currently implement the UWWTD for the discussed topics and stakeholders responded. The overall discussion is part of the Impact Assessment that will define the new proposal of the UWWTD.
