Portuguese Association of Water and Wastewater Services
APDA is an organisation that represents and defends the interests of the Portuguese entities responsible for water supply and waste water services and all stakeholders of this field. In this sense, it develops activities that promote and share knowledge and studies of the subject, fostering cooperation among all stakeholders to better respond to the sector's needs.
Our association also interacts with abroad organizations, like the World Water Council, where integrates the Board of Governors and the Bureau for the period 2019-2021. It is an active member of EurEau since APDA's creation, in 1988. In the meantime, APDA also became a member of Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) and a Consultative Observer of CPLP - Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (Community of Portuguese Language Countries), also known as the Lusophone Commonwealth.
