On October 12th, the European Commission has published its proposals for a Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) after 2013. EUREAU supports the development of a European Common Agricultural Policy that ensures a combination of an economically viable agricultural sector with improved sustainability of agricultural practices, especially in the field of water management.
EUREAU has analysed the Commission proposals and has prepared this position paper with its first preliminary findings.
