Response to the EC working document on Sludge and Biowaste

EUREAU strongly believes that a revised directive should be flexible in order to reflect different MS contexts, but with a realistic baseline for all member states. The requirements set up by a revised directive should be a European basis providing confidence to the end-users (farmers, food industry, etc.) when sludge (and biowaste) is used on soil.
